Peach Crisp

Fruit Mixture
  • 6 cups fresh peaches
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2-3/4 cup white sugar (depending on tartness of peaches)


  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degree F. Place fruit mixture in ungreased 9x13 baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix until crumbly, sprinkle mixture evenly over peaches.

3. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown.

You can serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping but it is yummy cooled too.
